I am pleased to announce the results of the 2016 CHLA/ABSC Election for Vice President/President Elect, Secretary and Continuing Education Co-ordinator. More than 100 votes were cast for each position using the new website management tool that was implemented in the past year.
Each poll was close, some very close with votes being added until the last hours that the polls were open. Congratulations to all the nominees for a close race!
With the election now closed I can officially welcome the following members to the Board of Directors starting in May 2016:

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Charlotte Beck and Orvie Dingwall for serving on this year’s Nominations & Elections Committee; Nazi Torabi and Natalie Clairoux for organizing the voting process online.
I would also like to thank everyone who nominated a candidate, the candidates who ran for a position and all members who voted. It has been so terrific to see the level of engagement of CHLA/ABSC members throughout this process.
